What do you actually do?
A whole range of things! We help our clients plan what they need to communicate, with whom, how best to do it and when (or when not to), and when to listen. Then we get on with it and do the work for our clients – whether its running an event, designing graphics, or writing stuff for the web, publications or media. The communications we produce include press releases, brochures, newsletters and more.
What charities do you support?
We punch above our weight when it comes to giving back, gifting close to 10% of turnover to community and environmental projects. We proudly support the Whakatāne Kiwi Trust and Cycle Action Whakatāne; two outstanding community-led projects.
What kind of organisations do you work with?
Our clients all have an environmental or social focus. We work regularly with regional and district councils, government departments, environmental agencies, sporting groups, business and education providers. While we love working with local companies and boosting the economy of Whakatāne and the Bay of Plenty, we also work with regional and even national organisations.
What is with the name?
We’re all about helping our clients to ‘crow’, and be clever about it. The rooster that knows just when to crow, how loud and long, when to not crow and when to listen, lives to crow another day.
